Most of SmartCare Partners are implementing partners of the SmartCare programme in their supported health facilities. They work in collaboration with the Ministry of health in training, national data elements consensus, software reporting and data requirements, software user testing, deployment of SmartCare system, monitoring and evaluation of health programmes in Zambia.
